LUNE 29 is in a small building shared with other residents. Please show consideration for both the apartment and the building.
Neighbours
Please respect the other residents, especially early in the morning and in the evening. Music, conversations and other noise must not cause disturbance.
Parties and events
Parties and events are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
Occupancy
Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight, with a maximum of four overnight guests. Visitors are welcome when neighbours and these house rules are respected.
Common areas and access
Keep common areas clear. External doors must be closed correctly. Keys and access codes must not be shared with anyone outside the booked party.
Waste and the apartment
Household rubbish must be placed in the large green bins by the building. The small public street bins must not be used for the apartment's rubbish bags. Treat furniture and equipment with reasonable care and notify LUNE 29 promptly of faults, water or damage.
Departure
Close windows, turn off lights and appliances, and leave the apartment reasonably tidy. For short stays, ordinary final cleaning is covered by the agreed cleaning fee.
